By using it, you are agreeing to these Terms &Conditions (defined below). Please read them carefully.

STAAR SOLUTIONS owns and operates the website www.vfix.in &provides the mobile repair services for both onsite & pickup with the following Terms & Condition


1. Vfix is a platform that allows users, subject to compliance with Vfix’s policies, to repair certain goods.

2. The repair/ workmanship warranty stands for 30days, provided gadget is not treated/opened/managed by any other vendor, post our last repair. Replaced parts warranty is separate but is still subject to the above mentioned clause. Warranty is provided for the same repair& fault. In any physically damaged gadget or gadgets with identified hardware damages, it is quite possible that any part which is intermittently working can potentially completely stop functioning, while we are in the process of diagnosing and resolving the reported issue/s. In such scenario, vfix will not be held liable for returning the gadget in the exact(pre-received) partial working condition, although we do not interfere with working of parts which have not been reported as faulty by customer, we will ensure that you are informed about upcoming issues if we discover them.

3. Vfix guarantees 100% data security however, due to the nature of our service, no data loss and 100% data recovery is not guaranteed. The Customer fully indemnifies vfix.in for all software/licenses validity/originality that the customer has on its equipment/device Vfix request to all its customers to retain original CDs/ Licenses for any loss of installed application software during the process of repair. Vfix is not liable for any instance of pre –installed pirated software.

4. Vfix has a secure and streamlined process to ensure your device's safety, however is not responsible for any loss /damage of the gadget during the time of transit service/repair or while the gadget is in the custody of Vfix as there are uncontrollable factors that might cause the same (theft / robbery / act of god etc.) Please note that while collecting the invoice, ensure the request ID/invoice id is mentioned at all times.

5. We reserve the right at our sole discretion that replacing the old part of your device with our new part will be taken back by the company.

6. Vfix request to all its customer to fully ensure and sign the quality check sheet before repair or giving & taking handover of his/her device at the time of pickup &drop, any problems unrelated to our repair will not be our responsibility post customer’s acceptance of the repaired device.

7. Customer need to handover the replaced part to our technician post repair of device.

8. If your gadget is collected for repair, it should take 72 hrs for it to be repaired. It could take longer depending on delays on parts approval and/ or parts procurement.

9. If gadget requires a part replacement, part cost will be borne by the customer. Our customer service team will call you exclusively to take your kind approval before we replace any parts.

10.In case the gadget is given with NO POWER/NO DISPLAY/ completely non-functional, only post our through check-up, we will be able to revert with exact diagnosis and list of damaged parts. We follow a decision tree approach to repair the problem, thus it could be quite possible that we may call you more than once to seek a revised approval of additional parts.

11.In case the customer denies/does not approve repair charge and requests return of the device, we would charge INR 399 as diagnose / logistics charge. In case customer has provided the approval, and we are unable to source the part or not being able to repair, we return the gadget with complete amount without any deduction.

12.Customer has to pay our visit charges of INR 299.00 during our warranty period as per company policy.

13.The warranty covers the service issues fixed and parts replaced (original & compatible) by Vfix.in Warranty doesn’t cover the followings

We do not cover any kind of accidental damage and our warranty stands null and void in all such related cases. Direct damage or damages caused as a consequence of accidents will not be covered under the warranty. Subsequent mishandling that causes the frame to bend, twist, or crack will not be entertained.

• Subsequent accidental or purposeful drops
• Water damage
• Tampering with internal hardware
• Damage resulting from attempted customer self-repairs
• Software issues unrelated to the repair
• Jail-broken devices
• New damages unrelated to the original repair
• Any loss of data occurring as a result of the repair - customers are advised to back up all data prior to the repair attempt.
• Our warranty also does not cover the outcome of a repair if certain pre-repair conditions exist, including-
• Existence of known manufacturing and/or performance issues related to the device separate from repair, as noted prior to the repair.
• Existence of damage to the device frame, as noted prior to the repair • Water damage
• Jail-broken devices
• Tampering with internal hardware: Under certain conditions, internal damage may make a repair impossible. Our specialist will be able to explain in detail upon diagnosing your specific device. If you have any doubts, we recommend that you do not attempt to repair the device on your own, as any damage may affect the repairability of your device.

***Please note-The warranty is valid only for the specific device repaired and the original customer. It is not transferable across devices or if the device is sold or handed over to another individual.

14.All phones which are fixed or repaired will be held for 15 days maximum.
Post repair if delivery not claimed by the customer, after 15 days company won’t be responsible for any loss/damage.
